High-Security Entrance Doors for Villas

A high-security entrance door protects your villa from intruders while maintaining a refined aesthetic. From reinforcing an existing door to a custom RC3 certified door block, here are the solutions and how to choose the right one for you. Call us at 078 647 34 97 or send us a photo on WhatsApp.

Resistance Levels (RC2, RC3)

The European standard EN 1627 classifies burglar resistance from RC1 to RC6. RC2 resists an occasional burglar equipped with simple tools (screwdriver, pliers). RC3 resists an experienced burglar with a crowbar.

For a villa, RC2 is an excellent standard, while RC3 is recommended for enhanced security or an exposed area.

FAQ

What's the difference between an armored door and armoring?

An armored door is a complete door block (leaf and frame) designed and certified to resist forced entry. Armoring reinforces your existing door with a steel plate and additional locking points: it's less expensive but less effective than a certified door block.

Can I maintain a beautiful entrance while ensuring security?

Yes. High-security doors come in many finishes (wood, aluminum, laminated glazing) and formats, including pivot doors, without sacrificing design.

Do you work for villas throughout the Vaud canton?

Yes, we advise, supply, and install high-security entrance doors in the canton of Vaud and Geneva.
